How long are your contracts?

We don’t do contracts. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from within your dashboard.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can switch between plans, or cancel your account altogether whenever you wish. We will adjust any payments accordingly.

What happens when I reach the max texts per month?

If you reach the max for any given month your dashboard will have a warning message. You can buy additional text messages at any time for $10 per 1,000 texts per month.

What if I need more than 10 group numbers?

If you have Enterprise and need more than 10 group numbers, additional group numbers can be purchased for an additional $7 per number per month (or $5 per month, billed @ $60 per year).
